Subscription Terms
These commercial terms explain per-place paid plans, trials, renewals and cancellation.
- Effective date
- 31 August 2026
- Version
- 2.1
These Subscription Terms supplement the Terms of Service.
1. Supplier and scope
The subscription is supplied by DOMUS SAPIENS LTD, company number 15319608, registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. A subscription pays for one specific enter.place place. An account may contain multiple places, and each place can have its own plan, trial, renewal date and cancellation state.
2. Account creation and paid places
Creating an account and preparing draft places does not itself incur a charge. A paid subscription is required for the paid publishing and operating features identified at checkout. We show the included features before purchase and do not treat creation of an account or draft as agreement to pay.
3. Prices and tax
- Monthly: EUR 6.99 per place each month.
- Annual: EUR 69.90 per place each year.
The displayed price includes any applicable indirect tax. Stripe may collect a billing address and, for a business customer, a tax identification number so that tax treatment and invoice information can be determined. The final amount, currency, billing interval and tax treatment are shown before confirmation.
4. Fourteen-day trial and card collection
A new eligible place may start with a 14-day trial. A payment method is collected when the trial starts, but the first subscription charge is scheduled only when the trial ends. Checkout must clearly show the charge date and amount. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. Trial eligibility may be limited where the same customer, place, payment method or related account has already used a trial or where fraud or abuse is reasonably suspected.
5. Automatic renewal
Unless cancelled, a monthly plan renews each month and an annual plan renews each year using the saved payment method. We will provide the legally required pre-contract information, trial or renewal reminders and cancellation notices. We may give additional reminders even where they are not legally required.
6. Cancellation
You can switch off automatic renewal through the Stripe customer portal or by contacting info@enter.place. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the already-paid billing period, so the place remains available until then. Cancelling during the trial prevents the first charge. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
7. Failed payments and suspension
If a payment fails, Stripe may retry it and ask you to update the payment method. We may temporarily restrict paid features after reasonable notice if payment remains overdue. We will not remove statutory rights or prevent access to information that applicable law requires us to provide.
8. Refunds and cooling-off rights
Refunds, statutory cooling-off rights and the effect of cancellation are described in the Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights in the customer’s country remain unaffected. A business customer may have different statutory rights from an individual consumer.
9. Price or plan changes
We may change a price or plan for a future renewal only after giving clear advance notice where required. The customer can cancel before the changed price takes effect. We do not apply a higher price retroactively to a completed billing period.
10. Records and contact
We keep the checkout version accepted, subscription and invoice identifiers, payment status, tax information, trial and renewal timestamps, cancellation records, and legally necessary dispute evidence. We do not receive complete card numbers from Stripe. Questions can be sent to info@enter.place.
